Below you will find answers to some frequently asked questions about our working method.
We supply Intergamma Belgium. This means we also deliver outside the Netherlands. Exports are part of our business. We also deliver to Japan and Australia, among others.
TPA has a >98% delivery rate and manages inventory based on EDI orders. We value good communication and alignment with our customers. Combined with regular analysis of historical sales data, we are able to accurately predict future demand. By understanding trends and seasonal changes, we can anticipate higher or lower inventory requirements.
Ordered are delivered within 72 hours. We have various service levels for delivery. Next-day delivery is possible for a full trolley with few different timber sizes and one delivery address. In some cases, you can even collect your order on the same day.
